Affirmation: I stand in truth and move with hope

Today, I wake with a heaviness. I know I’m not alone in this feeling. Many of us wake each day carrying the same weight, but we cannot let it stop us. We carry it together and keep moving until some of the weight begins to lift.

This heaviness is not of our own making, but we understand the work ahead. It’s through hope and unity that we move forward. Through community, near and far, that we remember our shared strength. We keep reaching for truth, for kindness, for connection. In the way we hold space for one another, even when things feel impossible. There is far more power in us than in those who hold positions of power. That is the truth, and we must believe it.

They underestimate the spirit of the people. The way we keep finding light in the dark. These dark and difficult moments are bringing more of us together. That unity is the thing they didn’t calculate for. Even in the face of fear, division, and exhaustion, there is a tide turning.

People are coming together. Hope is rising. And when we stand united in truth and love, nothing can break that.
