Daily Affirmation: June 24th

Every connection, every story, adds depth to my journey.

Yesterday, I met someone in our shop who left a mark on me. We only spoke for a few minutes, but the conversation stuck. She shared a quote: “If you read, you live multiple lives. If you don’t, you live just one.” It hit me. I’ve been leaning into reading again lately—into learning, connecting, expanding—and that quote captured exactly why.

It reminded me how much power there is in a single moment. In one sentence. In one kind exchange between strangers. The lives we touch, even briefly, can shift something. And when we stay open—through books, through people, through presence—we start to experience life more fully. We grow in quiet, beautiful ways.

This morning I woke up feeling grateful. Not for any big event or breakthrough—just for the life I get to live. For the people who cross my path. For the chance to be more awake, more alive, more open to all the versions of living that surround me.
