Even in darkness, I will look for the light.
Today feels heavy. But we must keep our heads high and our spirits soft.
Let yourself feel it all—the sadness, the fear, the anger. We are human, and this moment calls for our humanity. The news is overwhelming. The path ahead feels uncertain. It’s hard to feel joy or gratitude when so much is unraveling around us. And yet, we are still here. Still breathing. Still capable of care.
We must stay aware, but also willing to keep moving forward. To take each next step with intention. Maybe that step is small. Maybe it’s just a moment of stillness. A quiet act of kindness. A deep breath.
Today, I don’t have grand words or easy answers. Just a reminder: be gentle with yourself. Be gentle with others. And hold close any peace you can find, even if it’s only for a moment.
Because even now—especially now—hope lives in how we carry one another through.
