I show up, even when it’s hard—especially when it’s hard.
On the foggy days—the ones that feel a little heavier—I’ve learned it’s still important to show up. To be honest about where I am and to keep moving, even if the pace is slower. Growth doesn’t just come from the highs, but from how we walk through the lows.
Yesterday was one of those days. But I didn’t ignore it or try to push past it. I paused. I felt it. And then I asked myself what I needed to find my way forward. I laughed with a friend. I stepped away from the noise. I created space for some clarity to break through the haze.
I also reminded myself of how far I’ve come—not just in the last few days, but over the last few months. I looked back at the moments I showed up, chose better, grew stronger. Sometimes the best thing we can do when we hit a low is to pause and reflect—to see the progress, not just the pain.
